End of Support for Microsoft Vista, Mac OS 10.8, and Mac OS 10.9

In conjunction with Microsoft and Apple announcing that they are ending support for the following Operating Systems, RPNow will also be discontinuing support for these Operating Systems.

Microsoft Windows Vista

What’s happening?: End of support for Microsoft Vista

When: April 11, 2017

Reason: Microsoft has announced that they will be dropping support for Vista on April 11, 2017. Click here for more info from Microsoft.

Impact: Anyone trying to use a PC with Microsoft Vista installed will not be allowed to download or install RPNow software as of the date indicated above.

Mac OS 10.8 and 10.9

What’s happening?: End of support for macOS 10.8 and 10.9 operating system

When: May 11, 2017

Reason: Apple supports the last 3 versions of their software (currently, 10.10, 10.11, and 10.12).  Meaning with the release of macOS 10.12 they will be dropping support for macOS 10.8 and 10.9 as will RPNow. Click here for more information.

Impact: Anyone trying to use a machine with macOS 10.8 or 10.9 installed will not be allowed to download or install RPNow software as of the date indicated above.
