SAICA - AV Blocking Software Files

To resolve the concern of the software getting blocked when trying to access the exam, please try to check on the following steps:


1. Open Bitdefender.



2. Click on the Notifications icon and you should see:


3. Click on View Application button. You should see:


4. Select SecurexamStudent and SsiUnzipper files. You will see:


5. Close Bitdefender and try getting Exams and Licenses again.


NOTE: This should be the same logic for other Antivirus as well (Look for Quarantined Chest)
