Case 3: No issue during installation
In some cases, the student can install Securexam without any problem. And they also get exams and licenses without any issue. When they click on Open and Take an exam, it freezes and Kaspersky has detected an ifected file. So we should proceed the following steps:
1. GoTo Additional Tools in Kaspersky once 2. Select Quarantine option 3. Select the file to be restore, click restore. 4. It will ask you to browse the location where you want to restore the file to 5. Browse it to the following location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Software Secure, Inc\Securexam Student, Save or OK. 6. On the bottom-left corner of Kaspersky windows, Select Settings (see Kas3.png) 7. Click on Additional 8. Click on Exclusions 9. Click on Configure exclusions 10. Click on Add 11.
