I recieved an email stating I failed to provide a proper Photo ID

The email below will be sent to students who fail the Photo ID when going through the interview process with RPNow.

If you receive the email below, please follow the steps in the email to submit a proper Photo ID. If you have any difficulty with the steps below, or any additional questions, please feel free to contact us.

During the interview process prior to your (Exam Name) exam, you failed to provide us with a proper ID Photo and were flagged for one one of the following violations:

  • ID Photo not provided
  • ID Photo not verified

Please click the button below to submit a proper ID Photo for your record. Failure to do this ASAP will result in your exam record being flagged as 'Suspicious' to Popup Test Organization, which may impact your grade.
