"Service Status: Stopped"

 

If you are recieveing the a “Service Status: Stopped” OR being prompted for an "Administrative Password" Please do the following

 

1. Click the Start Menu.

2. type into the “Start Search” or "Search Windows" field.

3. Type the command “Services.msc” and press the Enter key.

4. Click “Continue” if necessary.

5. Locate and Right-click the “SSIRuntimeService” entry.

6. Select the “Properties” command.

7. Change “Startup type” to “Automatic” if it is not already set.

8. Click the “Apply” button.

9. Click the “Start” button if it is enabled.

10. Click OK.
