Securexam-Unable to connect to Internet after taking an exam

If you are unable to connect to the Internet after taking an exam using Securexam, please follow the steps below.

  1. Open Start Menu
  2. Open Control Panel
  3. Open "Network and Sharing Center"

Control Panel

  1. Select "Change Adapter Settings"

Change Adaptor

  1. Right-Click the Network Adapter
  2. Select "Enable"
    • NOTE: If the Network Adapter is already set to "Enable" please try to "Disable" it and then "Enable" it.
  3. Test your connection
