RPNow-I'm trying to take an exam on the SAM Course Management System and the Password is incorrect

If you are taking an exam on "SAM" (Cengage) Course Management System and the Password is not working after clicking the "Insert Password Button" please try the steps below.

Solution:

1. Re-access the Remote Proctor system

2. Locate your exam

3. When prompted to enter you password click the "Insert Password" button

4. After the Password is entered, click in the Password box and enter a Space at the end of the Password

5. Submit the Password and enter the exam

After entering the space at the end of the password you should gain access to the exam. If you continue to experience issues after adding the space to the end of the Password, please contact us back.
