If you are using a Mac and are unable to login to the Course Management System while using the Remote Proctor Now software, please follow the steps below.

Confirm you have the correct Login Credentials. To confirm you have the correct Login Credentials make sure you can login to the Course Management System using a regular Internet Browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc...).

Once you confirm you have the correct Login Credentials, please try the steps below:

1. Open Safari (NOTE: Must open Safari for the remaining steps)

2. Go to Safari Settings and click on Preferences

3. Click the Privacy Tab

4. Under Block Cookies make sure the option "Never" is selected

5. Attempt to take the exam in RPNow
