RPPro-I am receiving an error "Theres a Problem Validating Your User Information" or "Student Could Not Enroll"

If you are receiving either error "Student Could Not Enroll" for Remote Proctor Manus or There is a Problem Validating Your User Information...." for Remote Proctor Pro it may be related to a Proxy configured on your computer. To solve the issue configure the Proxy or follow the steps below to remove the Proxy.

  1. Open the Start Menu
  2. Type "regedit" in the Search Box to open the Registry Editor
  3. Open HKEY_USERS\S-1-15-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings\Connections\
  4. Locate DefaultConnectionSettings on the right side and click "Delete"
  5. After deleting the DefaultConnectionSetting registry key reboot the computer and attempt to take the exam again
