RPPro: Securexam Browser closes immediately after launch

If you encounter Securexam closing immediately after launching it please follow thes steps below.

Uninstall Securexam Browser
1. Click Start
2. Open the Control Panel
3. Open Programs and Features (If you do not see Programs and Features click the drop down next to "View By" in the top-right corner and select "Small Icons")
4. Scroll down till you locate "Securexam Browser v7" and click on it
5. Once "Securexam Browser v7" is highlighted select Uninstall

Note: If uninstalling Securexam Browser, or any of the components is unsuccessful please attempt to uninstall using the uninstall utility: http://www.remoteproctoradmin.com/Install/Uninstall.htm


Install The latest version of Securexam Browser
1. Plug in Remote Proctor
2. Open http://www.remoteproctoradmin.com/install
3. Follow Steps and Re-install software.
