RPNOW-I AM BEING PROMPTED TO PAY FOR TWICE FOR THE SAME EXAM

If you have already paid for your RPNow exam and you receive a prompt to pay when you re-enter, please confirm that the email address you entered is the exact same one you entered when you originally paid. The system will prompt you for additional payment if you use any email other than the email you originally entered. If you are unsure which email you originally used, you can attempt to enter the exam using the various email addresses that you may have used original, until you are not prompted to pay. If you are not prompted to pay, you have selected the correct email address and should continue taking your exam.

If you continue to receive the prompt for payment and have attempted to enter all of your known email addresses, please contact support so we can confirm which email address was used.
