Unable to View Documents in the PDF Document Viewer

If you are unable to see the Documents in the PDF Document Viewer in Securexam it is due to the Region and Language settings on your machine. Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  1. Open the Start Menu
  2. Open the Control Panel
  3. Open 'Region and Language'
  4. Open the 'Formats' tab
  5. Make sure the drop down is set to the same Language as the version of Securexam that was installed
    • If you installed the French version of Securexam your Region and Language Format should be 'French (Canada)'--See Below

      • If you installed the English version of Securexam your Region and Language Format should be 'English'--See Below

The issue should now be resolved. Please open the software and take a Practice Exam and test out the PDF Viewer to make sure it is now functioning properly. If the steps above did not solve your issue or if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us back.
