How to Open Device Manager in Windows 8

If you need to access to the Device Manager, please follow the steps below:

Method 1

  1. Click Windows Key + X to open the Start Menu

    2. Win8_SystemMenu

  2. Select Device Manager from the Start Menu

Method 2

  1. Click the Desktop Tile to open the Desktop

    2. Win8Desktop Tile

  2. Click >> in the bottom right Taskbar

    3. Win8_Desktop_Menu

  3. Select Control Panel from the Menu
  4. Select Device Manager from the list of Control Panel Items
    • NOTE: If you do not see the screen below click the "View by:" drop down and select "Small icons"
