If you are receiving an "Exam Not Registered" error for Cabarrus College please follow the steps below:

Windows 7

  1. Click Start Menu
  2. Click Control Panel
  3. Click the drop down in the top right corner of the Control Panel and select "Small Icons"
  4. Open Programs and Features
  5. Click Securexam v7 and uninstall

Re-install Securexam v7

Once you have uninstalled using the steps above under your operating system, please go to www.remoteproctor.com/install re-install the correct version of the software following the installation steps.
