Securexam Student-While trying to enter an exam on a Mac the software closes without an error message.

If Securexam closes when you try to enter an exam and you are using a Mac please follow the steps below to solve your issue:

  1. Select the Apple Icon
  2. Select System Preferences
  3. Under System Select User's and Groups
  4. Make sure you are under the correct Username
  5. Select the "Login Items" tab
  6. Select "Securexam Student" entry
  7. Select the minus (-) to remove Securexam from the list

If the Securexam Student option is not listed under Login Items, or if you continue to experience Securexam closing when entering an exam, please contact us back.
