If you are receiving the following "Error During Enrollment or Authentication"(Screenshot below) please try the solution below.
If the computer does not shutdown and reboot, please manually shutdown and reboot the machine. Once the computer restarts please follow the steps below.
You should now be able to relaunch the software without any errors. If you continue to receive an error, please contact us back. Thank you, Support | |
